Sheila Gallagher is an accomplished executive recruiter and business leader with over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. She began her career as a financial consultant at Shearson Lehman Brothers, where she successfully built a book of retail clients. Sheila later transitioned to Citibank’s Private Bank as a relationship manager, overseeing investment and banking relationships for high-net-worth individuals.
Sheila continued her career at JP Morgan Chase, serving as a relationship manager in the Family Wealth Group. In this role, she managed relationships with ultra-high-net-worth families, overseeing more than $2 billion in assets under management. Her expertise in building trust, managing complex financial portfolios, and delivering exceptional client service has been a hallmark of her career.
In 2016, Sheila joined Sage Search Advisors, leveraging her extensive financial background to specialize in executive recruiting. Since 2014, she has also served as a consultant to Gray Birch Services, LLC, a board placement company, where she helps organizations identify and secure top-tier leadership talent.
Sheila earned her MBA from Fordham University and her BS in Finance from Villanova University, where she remains an active member of the School of Business Alumni Association. Passionate about giving back, Sheila participates in Swim Across America, supporting cancer research, and is deeply committed to her community and faith.
Sheila resides in Greenwich, Connecticut, with her husband Kevin and their four daughters. Together, they are active members of St. Catherine of Siena and St. Agnes Parish.
