Preston Allex (Chief Financial Officer at Relevant Radio)

Preston Allex

Chief Financial Officer at Relevant Radio

“I am proud to serve as the CFO of Relevant Radio, where I oversee a diverse range of departments, including Sponsorship, Accounting, Analytics, Facilities, Engineering, and Digital. During my tenure, our organization has experienced remarkable growth, expanding from 43 radio stations to over 200. This growth has been accompanied by a significant increase in our company's net worth, which has grown by more than 500%. Our average return on equity has consistently been an impressive 26% per year during my time with the team.

Beyond my professional role, my Catholic Faith holds a central place in my life. I have had the privilege of speaking about the faith through events and retreats, and one particular moment stands out. After a talk to a hundred confirmation students, a young participant approached me, deeply moved by the message. He said he needed Confession immediately, and we had to call in the Parish Priest to drive to the retreat center. This inspired many others, and most of the teens went to confession that day, taking over 3 hours. It was a powerful testament to the impact of faith-sharing and the Holy Spirit's work.

My devotion to saints like St. Joseph, St. Padre Pio, St. Peter, and our Blessed Mother has been a source of strength and guidance. I've witnessed what I can only describe as miracles in my life, attributed to St. Joseph, particularly during times of job changes and relocations. These experiences have deepened my faith and underscored the power of prayer.

In addition to my commitment to faith, I am passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Business Management, and Innovation in Business Processes. I actively explore how these tools can further the mission of the Church and make my work more effective.
Lastly, my wife Kym Allex and I are devoted parents to eight children, striving for a happy, healthy, and holy family life. They've even motivated me to attend daily Mass when I have been tempted to sleep in.

I look forward to connecting with young Catholic professionals, sharing insights, and engaging in meaningful discussions. Together, we can navigate the intersection of faith and career, seeking to grow both personally and professionally within our shared values.”
