Mother of the Americas (MoA) is a Catholic parish that serves a majority Latinx population in Little Village. Their parish operates out of three sites of their recently combined churches. MoA has recently hired a new Youth Minister that hopes to open a new youth center for high school and elementary school kids to come after school for faith formation and homework help.
MoA needs help cleaning out the spaces they have previously used for storage to create space for their new youth center. This morning of service will focus on helping MoA clear out space for this impactful community center by disposing of junk and reorganizing their storage.
