Many young professionals live in a world where we feel pulled in every direction with ceaseless demands on our time and attention. The result of these constant demands is that we easily fall into the trap of living divided lives: separating the relational, the professional, and the spiritual.

Instead of feeling trapped by these demands, what would it look like to intentionally structure our lives so that we can better pursue holiness and human flourishing in every aspect of our lives? Join Dr. Elisabeth Kincaid for a workshop on some practical steps on translating the monastic practice of living according to a "rule of life" into the lives of busy Catholic professionals.
