company that grew to generate over $80MM in revenue
for his clients.
In 1999 he was invited to join the prestigious Institute of
Management Consultants in Washington DC and was later
certified by the Institute of Cultural Affairs in Strategic
Planning and Large Group Facilitation.
His clients include pastors, politicians, non-profit execs,
athletes, and CEOs in over 40 industries. He creates
workshops, retreats, articles and keynotes on leadership,
strategy, planning, critical thinking, ethics and marketing.
After 25 years of advising CEOs, Michael has become a
recognized expert in executive planning and performance
improvement with his latest company, ARISTA Advisors.

Michael is a proud father, foodie, and beach volleyball
player from Northern California. He currently lives in Texas
where he and his dog explore rivers and lakes on his
