Ali Ghaffari
Director of Operations for US and Canada at His Way at Work and Former Navy F/A-18 PilotAli is a former Navy F/A-18 pilot with twenty years of leadership experience helping individuals and organizations become the best version of themselves in combat, the boardroom and the classroom, where they could ultimately achieve their goals. He not only taught leadership and ethics to midshipmen at the Naval Academy but also created leadership programming and experiences for Academy faculty, staff, and coaches to help them and their departments achieve the next level of engagement and ultimately, success.
In addition to the Naval Academy, he has conducted leadership development initiatives and coached executives across the United States Naval Academy Alumni Association and Foundation, Visit Annapolis and the Chesapeake Bay Outward Bound School as a certified Executive Coach, having graduated from the University of Buffalo’s School of Management program in coaching. Ali took on the role as President of The Frassati Company, a Catholic consulting firm, shortly after retiring from the Navy. After 18 months of work with organizations around the country, The Frassati Company has now been acquired by an international Catholic Consulting company called His Way at Work. Ali will take on the role of Director of Operations for US and Canada in early January.
Additionally, Ali is the founder and Board President of Divine Mercy Academy, a Classical K-8 school which has grown rapidly to become a leader in the Classical Education world under his leadership. Ali has two Master’s degrees from Holy Apostles College and Seminary (Philosophy and Theology), a Bachelor's degree from Colby College (Biology), and graduated from Phillips Academy Andover in 1998. Ali lives in Maryland with his amazing wife and three incredible daughters. He has recently published his first book, Mount Doom: The Prophecy of Tolkien Revealed.
