YCP brings together young workers and seasoned business professionals in a variety of programs to foster Catholic identity, encourage community, and inspire action.
St. Joseph Saturdays are retreats open to the public that encourage young professionals to "look upon work with the eyes of faith" and see God's presence in their vocations and professional lives. Retreats include time for guided reflections, group discussion, confession, and Mass. They especially encourage reflection on the life of our YCP patron, St. Joseph the Worker, and the St. Joseph prayer we recite as a YCP community at the end of each event.

About Fr. Peter Ryan:
Fr. Peter Ryan, a distinguished Catholic theologian, is known for his profound contributions to moral theology and spiritual direction. His collaboration with Germain Grisez and academic career at Loyola College and Mount St. Mary's Seminary highlight his dedication to scholarship and teaching. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Secretariat of Doctrine and Canonical Affairs at the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, Fr. Ryan's work continues to inspire and guide many in the Catholic faith.
