Dan Ventrelle is a proven executive leader with a track record of success in professional sports, entertainment, and business strategy. From negotiating multi-billion-dollar deals in the NFL to developing top-tier talent in WWE, Dan has spent his career operating at the highest levels of competition.
As President of the Las Vegas Raiders, Dan played a key role in one of the most significant franchise moves in NFL history, leading the Raiders’ relocation to Las Vegas. He spearheaded the negotiations that brought Allegiant Stadium to life, managing everything from stadium legislation to construction agreements. In his 18 years with the Raiders, he oversaw player and coaching contracts, front-office operations, and high-stakes business deals—all while driving the team’s deep integration into the Las Vegas community.
After the NFL, Dan joined WWE as Executive Vice President of Talent Development, where he was responsible for evaluating top talent, assessing their value to the business, and negotiating contracts that aligned with their contributions. Now, as President of Perseus Ventures, LLC, he advises businesses and organizations on strategic growth, leadership, and operational excellence.
A graduate of Notre Dame and Michigan Law, Dan has built his career from the ground up, proving that leadership isn’t just about where you start—it’s about how you execute when the pressure is on. Beyond his professional career, he is a dedicated husband and father; he and his wife, Chrissa, have three children—Drew, Brooke, and Ryan—and remain actively involved in their community.
