He completed his PhD at Capella University in business management with a specialization in

Taxation and Auditing courses, and he has developed critical thinking cases for each of his
courses to help students apply course concepts and techniques to real world challenges. A
university education should help students grow as persons, prepare students to succeed in
careers, and to develop ethical solutions for the challenges that they will face as adults and
citizens in a changing world.
