Jillian Snavley is a Managing Director and the Global Sourcing Lead with Accenture responsible to building innovative strategic sourcing strategies to support our aggressive hiring needs! Her team and recruiting partners collaborate with the business on analyzing candidate behavior and channel analysis predictions to develop creatives sourcing solutions. As the Global Sourcing Lead, Jillian is responsible and accountable for the success of our centralized sourcing function and priority channel outcomes all with a focus on increasing our diverse pipeline of talent.

In addition to leading Global Sourcing, Jillian is the North America Lead for Refugee and Immigrant Recruitment. Accenture is leading several initiatives welcoming and supporting refugee families as well as hiring talent into their workforce. Jillian leads several pro-bono projects supporting refugee communities in identifying career opportunities as they transition into the US & Canada. Jillian is also acting as the National Executive Co-Sponsor of the newly formed Refugee Employee Resource Group.

With over 10+ years in recruiting, Jillian is very passionate about Sourcing and the ever-changing talent market. When not at work she is enjoying her growing family and being involved in volunteer opportunities within her community.
