With 30 years of hospitality experience on her resume, Marylouise Fitzgibbon currently serves as Vice
President- Talent Acquisition for Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products. In this role, she leads
recruiting at Disney Parks, Disney Cruise, and Disney Products, around the globe. Previously, she was at
the helm of many luxury hotels throughout the U.S. in the role of General Manager, including Disney’s
flagship resort; The Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, as well as a Regional General Manager, with oversight
for nine Disney resorts consisting of 10,000+ hotel rooms. She has been personally featured in over a
dozen articles about the hospitality industry, including USA Today and The New York Times. Marylouise
graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in Hospitality, completed her MBA, and
holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. She and her husband attend Holy Family Catholic
Church, and their two sets of twins attend Catholic Schools within the Diocese of Orlando.
