Jeff Schiefelbein
Managing Partner at Undivided LifeJeff Schiefelbein is a culture expert and nationally recognized motivational speaker with a passion for human formation and innovation.
In his role as a managing partner for Undivided Life, Jeff and his team provide strategy and culture consulting to a wide variety of organizations.
Prior to Undivided Life, Jeff launched 5, a national energy advisory firm. The culture that Jeff put into action led the company to five consecutive appearances on the Inc Magazine 5000 fastest-growing companies list and dozens of awards for being a best place to work.
Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas A&M University. During college, Jeff launched the nation’s largest college safe-ride program to reduce drunk driving, CARPOOL. As a result of CARPOOL’s life-saving impact, Jeff received numerous accolades, including the National Daily Point of Light Award.
Jeff is the President of the Board of Trustees for The Highlands School, the Chairman of the Board for the Catholic Music Initiative, and a trustee for The Catholic Foundation.
Jeff also co-hosts a live Catholic radio show and a weekly podcast called the BeatiDudes.
He lives in Irving, Texas, with his wife Amanda and their six kids.
