Vicky Bonney is an Executive Director at USAA with 36 years of experience in the financial services industry. Her career at USAA began in 1987 when she accepted a part-time position as a loss reporting unit representative while attending college and progressed through Claims, Executive Communications, Strategy, and Chief of Staff.
Vicky has held numerous leadership positions in the complaint program supporting executive management including quality assurance, operations, governance, technology, reporting, training, and change management. She now leads a diverse team of professionals who advocate for our members daily by facilitating the resolution of issues through collaboration with business partners.
Vicky is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified and a graduate of the Director Academy. She attended the Rapport School of Leadership, obtained the Lean Office and Service certification from the University of Michigan, maintains her Property & Casualty adjuster and Life Agent licenses, and has Associate in Risk Management, Associate in Insurance Claims, Property Claims Law Associate, Fraud Claims Law Associate, and Senior Claims Law Associate designations. Most importantly, she has been married for 29 years, and has two children, Matthew and McKenna, who are all members of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
