Daniel Wolking was raised in Detroit, Michigan and graduated from the University of Dayton in 1998 with a degree in Civil Engineering. After working a few years in Dayton, Dan moved to Oahu, Hawaii where he spent 3 years building the Sand Island Wastewater Treatment Plant. In 2004, he moved to Seattle, Washington to build a 4-mile segment of the Sound Transit Link Light Rail, while also attending Seattle University earning a Masters of Business Administration (MBA). In 2008, Dan moved back to Dayton joining Shook Construction, an ENR Top 400 Contractor specializing in Water/Wastewater, Healthcare, Education and Industrial construction. Dan is currently the Vice President of Midwest Water Resources and has been with Shook for 15 years.
