Renessa has 18 years of employer brand marketing and talent acquisition experience. She has a communications degree from Truman State University and a minor in Italian Studies from studying abroad in Florence, Italy.

Renessa holds an HR certification as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. She is passionate about helping people find meaningful work and does that today working in Business Aviation as a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at Executive Jet Management, a NetJets and Berkshire-Hathaway Company.

Mike has 30+ years of experience in Finance and Business Development with Proctor & Gamble.

He has served in RCIA an adult catechesis at St. Francis Xavier parish and has also served as athe chair of the Financial committee for Cincinnati Archdiocesan Pastoral Council.

Mike Has his BA in Accounting and MBA in Finance from the Ohio State University and is MA in Pastoral Ministry from The Athenaeum of Ohio.

Joe Hensler has been a leader, teacher, and coach in the business world and Catholic ministry
for over 30 years.

Joe worked for 19 years at Proctor & Gamble in Brand Management, Marketing, and Human Resources leadership before moving into full-time Catholic lay ministry, serving eight years as an executive with FOCUS (the Fellowship of Catholic University Students).

In 2020, Joe launched Hensler Consulting LLC to bring his experiences to Catholic organizations across North America. He works with leadership teams, stakeholders, and individual leaders to help them define their mission, make good strategic choices, build high-performing teams, and deliver great results.

He holds an MA in Pastoral Ministry from The Athenaeum of Ohio, and a BS and MBA in Management and Organizations from Indiana University.

Veronica Murphy is currently Director Religion Curriculum and Resources at the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. Veronica brings 20years of teaching experience and 15 years in administration in Catholic schools including St. Rita (Dayton), Mother Brunner, Purcell Marian, and recently Royalmont Academy as Head of School.

Veronica y is a lifelong Catholic educator has implemented manynew programs such as Sports Leader, One to One technology, Regnum Christi Integral formation, PLCs, and School of Faith. She as well as many principals weathered the storm of COVID by leading the school’s virtual learning program as well as the students return to the in-person classroom.

Veronica earned her Principal Licensure and MS in Educational Administration in 2006
