Jacob Imam was raised by a Muslim father and Evangelical mother in Seattle, WA. After a long dance with Protestantism and Eastern Orthodoxy, Jacob was ultimately received into the Catholic Church in 2015. In 2016 he received a Marshall Scholarship to complete his masters and doctorate at the University of Oxford writing on a Catholic Theology of Money. He now lives in Steubenville, OH with his wife and their children where he is founding the College of St. Joseph the Worker—a new model of higher education where students simultaneously train in the skilled trades while completing their BA degrees in theology.
