Lewis Nwami
Sr. HR Generalist at Houston Methodist HospitalLewis Nwami is a Human Resource professional for over ten years, starting his career as an HR assistant and worked his way to HR Manager for Medline, supporting five States. During his time at Medline, he was recognized as HR of the quarter two times for his continuous effort creating a good culture for all staff members. Lewis most recent position at Houston Methodist Willowbrook as the Sr. HR Generalist where he manages employee relation, strategic planning and management coaching. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Houston, majoring in Human Resource Dev. with a minor in organization leadership and supervision. Currently he is enrolled at Colorado State University Global completing his master’s in project management with a specialization in Human resource Management. He is a Houston native, growing up in the Alief/ Fort bend area. During his free time, he enjoys going to concerts, watching MMA and creating adventures with his family.
Kelley Fluty
Professional Coach at Rice UniversityKelley Fluty is a certified Professional Coach through Rice University and part of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She serves as YCP National’s official Career Coach offering free and discounted sessions to YCP member. Kelley is passionate about helping Catholics become who they’re meant to be by putting their values in action. Kelley has an undergraduate degree in Psychology at Texas A&M and a Master’s degree in Theology from the Augustine Institute; with career backgrounds in sales, marketing, and ministry. She lives in Houston with her husband and baby, and enjoys running and spending time outdoors!
Kelli McBee
Corporate Communications Director of Primary ServicesKelli graduated from Boston College and began her career in Houston with public and media relations at Edelman. She then developed consumer promotions as a marketing associate at Landry’s, Inc. before becoming Communications Director for steak producer 44 Farms. While earning her double masters at University of Houston for an MBA and MS in Hospitality Management, she joined Kellogg’s as a sales rep and grew to Senior Customer Analyst - Salty Snacks for the West Region. Kelli joined Primary Services in 2022 and currently manages the reputation and branding of the staffing and recruiting firm, overseeing all marketing and communications initiatives. She always strives to live and share her Catholic faith whether it is in her work or personal life. Kelli enjoys competitive country western dancing and volunteering as President of Altrusa International of Houston-Central, TX.
