Justin Manion serves as the Assistant General Agent for the Knights of Columbus in Eastern Missouri. He works as a financial advisor with Catholic families, offering holistic financial planning with programs that are all in line with Catholic social teaching. He is a graduate of Benedictine College and served as a missionary with FOCUS for five years. He holds an MBA from Webster University, numerous designations from the American College of Financial Services, is a member of the prestigious Million Dollar Round Table organization, and was a founding board member of YCP St. Louis, where he continues to serve today. Justin and his wife Amanda live in O’Fallon, Missouri and are active members of the Immaculate Conception – Dardenne parish community. They have one son, Michael, and a daughter, Josephine, due to arrive in November.

Emily Gargus is a cradle Catholic, born and raised in St. Louis, MO. After graduating from Benedictine College, she served two years with FOCUS ministry, mentoring young women in the sorority system. She then quickly began a career in Sales, and now works as the Senior Manager of National Sales for the Healthcare division of Swank Motion Pictures, where she has been enhancing the Patient Experience for nearly 10 years. Emily has been happily married to her husband, Brandon an Elementary Teacher, and are celebrating nine years of marriage this October. They have three children — Clare (7.5), Luke (6) and Peter (2.5), and attend Holy Infant in Ballwin.

Don is a St. Louis native, having grown up in Affton and attended Vianney High School. He graduated from St. Louis University in 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries at Reinsurance Group of America. Don received his Master's degree in Theology from Catholic Distance University in 2022. In 2019, he purchased a daycare business, which he sold again earlier this year. He married his wife Annie in April 2022. Annie was formerly a labor and delivery nurse who shifted careers in 2019 and is now the UI/UX Global Lead at Cushman & Wakefield. Don and Annie welcomed their first son, August, on May 1st of this year. Don is on the youth group core team, teen small group leader, and is a musician at Sacred Heart - Valley Park.

Elizabeth Watkins born and raised Catholic is originally from Washington, Missouri. She graduated from Benedictine College and served three years as a FOCUS Missionary. After leaving FOCUS, she put her accounting degree to use and became a CPA. She is currently a Tax Senior Manager at Anders CPAs + Advisors working primarily in their real estate and start-up practices division, and specializes in international tax reporting.
