Since graduating with a B.S. degree in Psychology from Santa Clara University, Scott Vincent Borba has succeeded as a TV personality and health and beauty entrepreneur, achieving beauty-industry success in both the prestige and mass-market sectors in product development, branding, and marketing hybrid capacities for companies such as Hard Candy, Neutrogena, P&G/Wella/Sebastian, Shiseido/Joico, and Murad, relaunched Toppik hair building fibers before setting out on his own as Founder of BORBA Skin Balance Water and Co-Founder of e.l.f. (eyes, lips, face) Cosmetics which is now the #1 mass-market cosmetic company in the world. After a deep conversion to his Catholic faith, Scott Vincent Borba left his secular life to become a Catholic priest. He is now in his fourth year of priestly formation at St. Patrick's Seminary in Menlo Park, California.
