Deborah Varallo is the founder of Varallo Public Relations (VPR), a full-service firm specializing in marketing, social media, public relations, and crisis management for professional services firms in various industries, including architecture, engineering, construction, legal, financial, and healthcare. Since its founding in 1991, VPR has made a mark, with Deborah and the firm being featured in national publications. Her leadership has earned her numerous recognitions, including being named to the Nashville Post’s InCharge list and its All-Star Board. Additionally, she is a member of the Society of Fellows for TEDxNashville, was named a Woman of Influence by the Nashville Business Journal, and has been recognized by the YWCA of Middle Tennessee as a Woman of Achievement.
Deborah’s impact reaches beyond her business. She is actively involved in community and professional organizations, currently serving as president of the International Women’s Forum – Tennessee Chapter and holding board positions with organizations such as the Catholic Business League and the Girl Scouts’ Sue Peters Foundation. Her service and dedication have been honored by numerous awards, including the Donelson-Hermitage Chamber’s Woman Owned Workplace Award. Deborah's dedication to her community and her profession is evident through her involvement with the boards of the Nashville State Community College Foundation, Cumberland Region Tomorrow, and past leadership with organizations like the Rotary Club of Nashville and YWCA of Middle Tennessee.
She and her husband Jim are members of St. Stephen Catholic Community where they serve in numerous volunteer roles. Their daughter Mary Kathleen Varallo Hayes lives with her husband and children in middle Tennessee.
