Volunteer Opportunity for the JMJ Ambassadors for Life Gala - September 28th!
We are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help make the JMJ Ambassadors for Life Gala a success! The event will be held at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, 6601 Adventure Way, Orlando, FL (at Universal Orlando). Volunteers will assist with various tasks, including setup, registration, guest assistance, and cleanup.
Volunteer Shifts & Perks:
- Morning Shift (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM): Lunch will be provided, and morning volunteers are welcome to return for dinner during the gala.
- Afternoon Shift (4:00 PM – 10:00 PM): Enjoy the gala from the volunteer section, with the opportunity to hear keynote speakers and participate in the evening's events.
We appreciate committed volunteers, but we understand if you cannot stay for the entire shift.
Gala Schedule:
Morning Schedule (5 – 10 Volunteers Needed):
- Setup Check-In: 10:00 AM
- Assigned Tasks: 10:30 AM
- Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM
- Finish Setup: 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM
Afternoon Schedule (10 – 15 Volunteers Needed):
- Confessions & Wardrobe Changes: 3:00 PM
- Mass & Adoration: 4:00 PM
- Registration Stations: 5:00 PM
- Cocktail Hour: 5:30 PM
- Dinner & Keynote: 7:00 PM
- Event Breakdown: 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM
We also need 2-3 young adults to assist in the babysitting room from 4:30 PM – 9:30 PM.
