Attend a YCP event and join like-minded, mission-driven peers to find God in all things and seek excellence and joy in every area of your life.
YCP brings together young workers and seasoned business professionals in a variety of programs to foster Catholic identity, encourage community, and inspire action.
St. Joseph Saturdays are retreats open to the public that encourage young professionals to "look upon work with the eyes of faith" and see God's presence in their vocations and professional lives. Retreats include time for guided reflections, group discussion, confession, and Mass. They especially encourage reflection on the life of our YCP patron, St. Joseph the Worker, and the St. Joseph prayer we recite as a YCP community at the end of each event.

Prepare your heart for Christmas! Join us for our half-day St. Joseph the Worker Advent Retreat on Saturday, December 9. We'll explore with guided reflections, small group discussions, and prayer. Come listen to religious people and colleagues speak about how we can prepare ourselves for the Christmas season and Christ's birth.
