St. Joseph Saturdays are retreats open to the public that encourage young professionals to "look upon work with the eyes of faith" and see God's presence in their vocations and professional lives. Retreats include time for guided reflections, group discussion, confession, and Mass. They especially encourage reflection on the life of our YCP patron, St. Joseph the Worker, and the St. Joseph prayer we recite as a YCP community at the end of each event.
Our upcoming St. Joseph Saturday features a talk by John McCarthy, a visionary entrepreneur and passionate disciple-maker.
John's unique journey, from founding a nonprofit in college to leading a top recruitment firm, showcases his dedication to helping individuals discover their true purpose. With over 14 years of experience in fostering self-awareness and career fulfillment, John brings a wealth of knowledge and a heart for service. His leadership roles in various community organizations and his commitment to mentoring men and families underscore his deep faith and impact. This retreat promises to be a powerful experience of self-discovery, spiritual growth, and professional insight, all guided by John's proven methodologies and inspiring life story.
