Looking for a community with a professional focus grounded in Catholic values? Your 20s and 30s can be a confusing and lonely time, but they don't have to be. Come and see.

Attend a YCP event and join like-minded, mission-driven peers to find God in all things and seek excellence and joy in every area of your life.

YCP brings together young workers and seasoned business professionals in a variety of programs to foster Catholic identity, encourage community, and inspire action.

St. Joseph Sundays are retreats open to the public that encourage young professionals to "look upon work with the eyes of faith" and see God's presence in their vocations and professional lives. Retreats include time for guided reflections, group discussion, confession, and Mass. They especially encourage reflection on the life of our YCP patron, St. Joseph the Worker, and the St. Joseph prayer we recite as a YCP community at the end of each event.

Cost: Members - FREE, Non-Members $20 (If this is a financial burden for you, please reach out to Annabelle Larson at president@ycpseattle.org).

About our Keynote Speaker: Sister Anna Sophia Nguyen, O.P.

I was born between the mountains and the sea in Long Beach, California, and I have three siblings, one of whom is a priest of the Oblates of the Virgin Mary.

I first felt called to the religious life at my First Communion, and received the tremendous grace to hold on to that call until I could at last respond to it. Thus, I spent a great deal of my school years in close friendship with a Carmelite community in Los Angeles, working with them and learning to love the religious life.

I entered the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia in Nashville, TN, just after high school, and made final vows in 2017. I have a degree in interdisciplinary studies in elementary education, and have had the honor of teaching in our Catholic schools for the last ten years.

For the past six years, I have also had the privilege to study under some incredible teachers at the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota, and just completed a Master's program in Catholic Studies, which examines the impact of the Incarnation upon all of our efforts to know and understand.

It is my joy to share Christ with you!
