Join us for an inspiring evening with Kevin J. Hanna, an award-winning leader and a driving force in the real estate and mortgage industry with over 25 years of experience.
In his talk, Kevin will share his professional journey, the role of faith in shaping his resilience, and how adversity became a catalyst for building success and giving back. Don't miss this opportunity to hear from a leader who inspires others to combine faith, leadership, and service.
The main event runs from 7:00 - 8:30 pm, and includes a social with appetizers, prayer, and a talk / Q&A with Kevin.
YCP's Executive Speaker Series are free events open to the public in which experienced professionals share their career and faith journeys, challenging young professionals to "Work in Witness for Christ."
A proud native of the Pacific Northwest, Kevin lives in Lake Oswego with his wife, Michele, and their three children—Hanna Rose (20), a student at the University of Oregon, and KJ (12) and Zoe (10), who both attend Our Lady of the Lake Catholic School.
Kevin's career is a testament to visionary leadership, resilience, and a profound sense of purpose. Before founding Lions Capital Mortgage in mid-2023, Kevin served as President of the NW Region at Churchill Mortgage, where he built a regional powerhouse of nearly 165 employees across 37 offices, achieving $2.5 billion in loan volume. Previously, he led both retail divisions of Directors Mortgage for nearly 15 years and served as President of the organization.
Under Kevin's guidance, Lions Capital Mortgage has already earned accolades, including 2025 Business of the Year, 2025 Best in Customer Service, Best Mortgage Company for 2024 and 2025, and 2025 Best Mortgage Broker across Lake Oswego, West Linn, and surrounding neighborhoods.
Kevin's contributions extend beyond business. He founded the Lake Oswego Police Foundation and Beaverton Police Foundation and serves as Advisory Board President and Finance Committee Chair at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic School. In recognition of his impact, Kevin was named 2025 Community Leader of the Year by the Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce.
At the heart of Kevin's story is his spiritual journey. His faith in God served as a foundation during his battle with Leukemia, providing strength to overcome adversity and guiding his commitment to service. Kevin's resilience, grounded in his faith, has allowed him to not only survive but thrive and serve his family, community, and industry with purpose.
Our event is in the southern/kitchen side of the Parish Hall at Our Lady of the Lake. Walk inside the doors near the parking lot (where the red star is on the map), and then through the very next open set of double doors inside. We'll have signs to guide you!
There is plenty of space for parking in the church lot, which is entered from 8th street. Two Trimet stops are close by. Below is an image with an overlay of the bus routes and parking options.
