YCP brings together young workers and seasoned business professionals in a variety of programs to foster Catholic identity, encourage community, and inspire action.
St. Joseph Saturdays are retreats open to the public that encourage young professionals to "look upon work with the eyes of faith" and see God's presence in their vocations and professional lives. Retreats include time for guided reflections, group discussion, confession, and Mass. They especially encourage reflection on the life of our YCP patron, St. Joseph the Worker, and the St. Joseph prayer we recite as a YCP community at the end of each event.

10:00 - First Talk
Talk on St. Joseph as a Role Model for Professionals. Explore how his virtues and actions can guide young professionals in their careers.
11:00 - Small Group
Small Group Discussions or Reflection Time: Divide attendees into smaller groups for discussions, reflection, or journaling. Provide prompts related to integrating faith into their professional lives or challenges they face in doing so.
12:00 - Mass
1:00 - Lunch
2:00 - Second Talk
Reflection on St. Joseph's Virtues: Trusting in God's plans as St.Joseph did.
3:00 - Closing
- Final Remarks and Action Steps: Summarize key learnings and encourage attendees to take specific action steps or commitments to apply the retreat's teachings in their professional lives.
