YCP brings together young workers and seasoned business professionals in a variety of programs to foster Catholic identity, encourage community, and inspire action.
St. Joseph Saturdays are retreats open to the public that encourage young professionals to "look upon work with the eyes of faith" and see God's presence in their vocations and professional lives.
Young adults in their 20s and 30s are invited to join the Seattle Chapter of Young Catholic Professionals for our Advent Retreat: A Time of Listening at St. Mary on the Lake Peace and Spirituality Center Saturday, December 16th. Please register no later than Friday, December 8th.
This day retreat is the perfect opportunity to help you enter more deeply into the Advent season, reflect upon the role of faith in our work, and enjoy fellowship with other young adults. Retreats include time for guided reflections, group discussion, confession, and Mass. They especially encourage reflection on the life of our YCP patron, St. Joseph the Worker, and the St. Joseph prayer we recite as a YCP community at the end of each event.
Keynote Speaker: Brother John Vianney, O.P. with special guest, Sister Chero Chuma
Cost: Members - $10, Non-Members $20
